I am definitely a one for tucking in my tee-shirts, I love a good highwaisted skirt/top combo! Today though, I thought I'd mix things up a bit and wear my top UNTUCKED - which was actually easier since it's a crop-top! The skirt is something that I dug out of the back of my wardrobe recently and i've been wanting to work it into an outfit since then. It's a cut down version of this topshop dress - the top bit didn't fit my boobs so my boyfriend's lovely mum made it into a high-waisted skirt for me! :D

O I prefer that dress as the skirt I will be honest, lovely summery pattern with the big bold flowers, goes smashing with the cropped top!

loving the cropped t shirt. I tried a scallloped one on in Primark today and it looked awful but I shall have to try it with a high waisted skirt xx
ReplyDeleteI love how you cut the topshop dress to make it a skirt! I'm always put off buying beautiful dresses because those top parts arent very easy to fit into for me either.

Great idea cutting the dress! I sometimes think the tops are a bit too revealing, which is a shame when the patten is nice, but you've inspired me to get cutting haha! Great post! xx

Great idea with the skirt, i recognised it straight away! I wanted it too but it was even too small for my TINY boobs, really strange!! It looks fab though <3
